Holy Family Catholic Academy Student Earns Scholarship

HFCA student scores in 99th percentile on St. Viator entrance exam.

Holy Family Catholic Academy (Inverness) is proud to announce that eighth grade student, Stefano Lanzi has been named a Saint Viator Scholar based on the results of the high school placement test given to all incoming freshman last January.

A Saint Viator Scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen who have scored in the 98th and 99th percentile on the high school placement test.

“We are thrilled with this award. We are so proud of Stefano and thankful for the great job the HFCA teachers have done in preparing him for high school,” said Dina Lanzi, Stefano’s mom.

Recognition for this achievement came at an award ceremony on Wednesday, May 18. Dr. Deborah Scerbicke, Dean of Students at St. Viator High School in Arlington Heights presented the award at an all school mass. "It is a very proud moment for the Lanzi family and the entire HFCA community," stated Fr. Terry Keehan, himself a St. Viator alum.
