Irmgard R. Dengler, 81

Funeral Mass for Irmgard R. Dengler will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2515 Palatine Road, Inverness.  Interment will be private.  Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 7 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine and from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the church.

Irmgard was born on March 19, 1931 in Memmingen, Germany the daughter of the late Georg and Albertine (nee Lipp) Stoll and passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

Throughout her life Irmgard loved to travel back to her home country of Germany to visit with family and friends.  In 2011 she took her entire family on a special trip back her to hometown of Memmingen, Germany to celebrate Fischertag and share her heritage with her grandchildren.

Beloved wife of the late Roald Max Dengler; Loving Mother of Peter (Charlotte) Dengler, Christine Irmgard Swanson and Susan (Doug) Sarrazine; Cherished Oma of Joseph  Kremer, Anthony (Katie) and Michael Dengler, Stephanie, Katie and Eric Swanson, Alyssa, Michael and Mark Sarrazine; Uhr Oma of Jake Maxwell and Audrey Kremer; Dear Sister of Olga Wittmann and Egon Stoll; Fond Niece of Roman (Ute) Lipp.  Irmgard also enjoyed sharing many wonderful times with her coffee klatch friends and will be dearly missed by all.
