JoomlaDay Chicago comes to Donald E. Stephens Convention Center

JoomlaDay Chicago 2015 will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont on Saturday, September 19th.

JoomlaDay Chicago 2015 will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont on Saturday, September 19th providing a full day of Joomla! discussion, panels and presentations from Joomla experts and community leaders.

JoomlaDay Chicago “Meet and Learn Together” features some of the most knowledgeable speakers in the industry plus networking for all levels of Joomla users. Programs will be available for new developers which will provide information on how they can heighten their expertise in Joomla. For senior developers, programs and discussion forums will provide information on how to write their own extensions, extend functionality or integration points. JoomlaDay Chicago has a variety of programs for both beginners and the most seasoned developers.

Registration for JoomlaDay Chicago runs through September 17th at JoomlaDayChicago.com and will cost $65.00 for the forums, lunch and the networking events. “Join us at this premier showcase for Joomla, one of the web’s leading content management systems,” said Joomla User Group Chicago North Organizer SD Williams. “You’ll learn about Joomla, hone your Joomla skills and connect with fellow Joomla enthusiasts, professionals and service providers.”

The keynote speakers for the event are Rod Martin, Director of Training at OS Training, and Kenneth Crowder, global moderator on the Joomla forums, former leadership team member and author. Programs delve into important search engine optimization factors and how they relate to Joomla as well as how to increase your ranking at Google. Other forums deal with increasing your conversions through testing and near term advances in Joomla.
