Joseph A. Dotoli, 61, beloved husband of Joan, nee Clolery; loving father of Justin (Andrea) and Maren Dotoli; loving son of Joseph and the late Irene Dotoli; dear brother of John (Gerry), Irene (George) Gilruth, Jeffrey (Patrice) and Carla Dotoli.

Joe was a devoted and loving husband, a compassionate and inspiring father, a supportive and generous brother, and a loyal and trusting friend to many. Through his intelligence, dedication and persistence he was able to create and support a life for his family that was filled with love, opportunity and life-long experiences. Through his inspirational work ethic, he achieved a great deal of success in his professional career, which lasted over 35 years in the insurance services industry. His passions included baseball, music and golf. He touched countless people throughout the course of his life and will be greatly missed by many. Joe’s character, passion and love will live on in the hearts and minds of all who loved and admired him.

Funeral Information

Memorial Visitation Tuesday, June 12, 2012, 2-6 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.
