Kenneth Slavik, 74

Kenneth E. Slavik, 74, a resident of Palatine, IL and Honolulu, Hawaii.

Memorial visitation for Kenneth E. Slavik, will be held on Friday, March 9th from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. at St. Marks Lutheran Church 200 S. Wille Street, Mt. Prospect. Inurnment will be private.

Kenneth was born on September 28, 1937 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Lawrence and Genevieve (nee Gunderson) Slavik and passed away on Tuesday, March 6.

Kenneth was a U.S. Army Veteran.

Survived by his beloved wife Falicia (nee: Palkoner) Slavik; loving father of Bradley (Amanda) Slavik and Jacalyn Slavik; cherished grandfather of Ashlyn and Rhiannon Slavik; dear brother of the late Robert Slavik; also survived by many other loving  family and friends.
