Kramolisch Chosen to All-Conference Team

Harper College freshman infielder/pitcher Paul Kramolisch (/Bolingbrook) was recently named Second Team All-Conference for his play during the spring 2016 baseball season, as voted upon by the North Central Community College (N4C) coaches.

Kramolisch, who was primarily expected to be a pitcher this spring, showed off his ability at the plate. In 17 conference games, he hit a team-best .333 (14-for-42) with a .404 OBP (first on team), three doubles, three runs, and five RBIs. The 6-foot-3, 175-pounder also pitched well in four starts as he posted a 3.04 ERA and 13 strikeouts in 20 2/3 innings.

For the season, the freshman hit a team-best .309 with eight RBIs and a .387 OBP in 28 games. Defensively, Kramolisch committed only six errors on 110 total chances for a .945 fielding percentage. He had 30 assists, 74 putouts, and four double plays. As a pitcher, Kramolisch made seven appearances (five starts) and posted a team-best 3.86 ERA with 15 strikeouts and two complete games in 23 1/3 innings.
