The Palatine Pirates will take on Buffalo Grove Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
Palatine is 1-1 with a 25-7 win over Libertyville in week one and a 17-14 loss to Hersey High School last week. Friday will be the Pirates first home game of the season.
Buffalo Grove also is 1-1 with a 28-14 win over Leyden in week one and a 22-21 loss to Hoffman Estates last week.
