Dakota Evans was founded by Sean’s father, Chuck McCrimmon, in 1997 when Sean was just 10-years old. Chuck says Sean’s experiences working in the trades and his extensive knowledge of safety issues are the reasons he earned the position.

“Experience and safety are absolutely critical to the work that we handle for apartment and condominium complexes, commercial buildings, universities, museums and hospitals throughout Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota,” Chuck McCrimmon said.

In addition to representing the company through direct contact with clients and their projects, Sean McCrimmon also is a regular columnist for Focus, a publication sponsored by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He writes about safety and other construction-related issues to provide educational resources for multi-family building owners and managers.
