Barb Sorensen is an original pop/rock singer/songwriter from Palatine who has been hawking tickets for her concerts and events at the Hasselmann Family Farm booth in the Arlington Heights Farmer's Market every Saturday morning.

The very famous and much loved Dan Navarro of Lowen & Navarro is touring again, and performing at Hey Nonny in Arlington Heights this Saturday, August 24th 8:30 pm.

Barb met Dan and his (late) songwriting partner Eric Lowen as she interviewed them for the public access television show MUSE, which she produced between 1996 and 2004. The mission of MUSE was to encourage, entertain, educate, and help promote original artists at all levels of accomplishment. Lowen and Navaro had already been well established internationally when they toured through town and honored her with an interview on the show.

Barb was just now gifted with two free tickets to the solo concert by Dan for Saturday August 24th, 2019 in Hey Nonny - a new music venue in Arlington Heights. In the spirit of MUSE, she has made the tickets available to the first person that comes to the Hasselmann Family Farms booth in the Arlington Heights Farmer's Market on the morning of Saturday, August 24, 2019 in Arlington Heights, and purchases the new "Date Night Kit". There is only one kit available with Dan Navarro Concert Tickets. The market opens at 7 am. Barb will be there until 7:45, and will also sing one of her original songs for you upon purchase of the kit.
