Maximus came to us from Alabama, where he was found very underweight. They cared for him and now he is a beautiful, big, 90 pound Lab, that still has a few pounds to gain!
He absolutely loves people and has been good with the small to medium dogs in his foster home. He walks beautifully on a leash, crates well, and is extremely quiet in the house.
Max is a bit head shy as he has had multiple untreated ear infections in his past. His ears have been treated and are healing. He is up to date on all shots and has been neutered. He rides well in the car and loves long walks…he would be a fabulous jogging partner!

Max is a cuddle bug and can over power you when he wants to sit in your lap or wants attention. He does not jump, but will army crawl up in your lap and is often hard to move off! He sits and lays on command. With a little more training, Maximus would be the dog of your dreams!
Due to his size and ear sensitively we do not recommend Max joining a family with children under 12.
