New Hip Hop/Breakdancing Classes for Kids at Borne2Dance

Borne2Dance Studio in Palatine is excited to announce our new Hip Hop/Breakdancing classes starting this winter! Geared towards children ages 5-13, these classes will teach students the general footwork and movement of hip hop & breakdancing. Students will learn the concept of interpreting beats throughout the music instead of defaulting to “counting out” the music as other dance styles would within the typical time signature. Strength and conditioning is encouraged in this class alongside an understanding of the importance of technique and form. This is a great way to build coordination while moving and having fun with your peers!

Our class for 9-13 year olds will start on January 19 and runs 6:45PM-7:45PM each Thursday. Enrollment is open. Please call us at 847-358-6820 to sign up! We are currently putting together our class for 5-8 year olds. The class will be on Thursdays as well 6PM-6:45PM with the start date to be announced. If you have kiddos that you would like to sign up for that class, please give us a call.
