More than 100 Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce and community members attended the annual Keys to Success holiday and awards dinner on Friday, December 1, 2017, at The Grand at Twin Lakes in Palatine.

The winners of the 2017 Keys to Success awards were announced during the evening, along with the installation of the incoming Chamber of Commerce board of directors.

Awards recognized local businesses, organizations and individuals who have dedicated time and effort to supporting and bettering the Palatine community.

The 2017 Keys to Success winners include:
Business of the Year: Palatine Bank & Trust
New Business: Chicago Culinary Kitchen
Business Leader: Janice Wood, JP Wood Martial Arts America
Palatine Pride: Palatine Park District
Community Organization: Palatine Township Senior Citizens Council
