PALATINE, IL — A Palatine father of four is a half-million dollars richer after picking the right numbers before an October Illinois Lottery drawing. Dulay, whose been playing the Lucky Day Lotto game for five years, bought the winning Quick Pick ticket at the Speedway gas station at 1288 N. Rand Road in Palatine. The numbers he selected - 06, 13, 22, 31, 27 - matched the ones that were drawn that night.
