Palatine Library Board of Trustees Appoints New Trustee

Palatine Public Library District Board of Library Trustees is pleased to announce the appointment of Preet Singh to fill a vacancy on the Board. Mr. Singh was sworn in at a meeting of the Board on October 15, 2019.

Mr. Singh has been a resident of the Library District for over 20 years. A dedicated teacher who specializes in motivating students to learn through creativity and exploration. He is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic Spanish.

Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Elmhurst College, and a master of education degree in teaching and learning secondary education from DePaul University.

Singh fills a vacancy until the next Board is seated in May 2021.
