Palatine Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Toddler

Connor Noonan was charged with two counts of predatory sexual assault and was ordered held on a $1 million bond.

PALATINE, IL - A 20-year-old Palatine man has been charged with sexually assaulting a toddler who attended a home daycare run by his mother, the Daily Herald reports.

Connor Noonan, of the 100 block of South Walnut Street, was ordered to be held Friday on a $1 million bond on two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault, according to the Chicago Tribune. Noonan is accused of sexually assaulting the child several times between May 2012 and June 2013, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Prosecutors said the sexual assaults occurred when the child was between the ages of 2 and 4 years old and Noonan was about 16 or 17, according to the Daily Herald.
