Palatine OKs New Subdivision for 13 Semi-Custom Homes
The homes will range in value from $600,000 to $800,000.
The village council on Monday night approved a new subdivision on the north side of Palatine that will include the construction of 13 new semi-custom homes, according to the Daily Herald. The subdivision will be called Dunhaven Ridge and will be located just east of North Quentin Road between West Rosalind Drive and West Ruhl Road.
The price range for the homes will be between $600,000 and $800,000, according to the article.
