Palatine Pizza Showdown Comes To Durty Nellie's
A Palatine Jaycees event at Durty Nellie's this weekend will determine who makes the best pizza in the Palatine-area.

PALATINE, IL -- The great pizza debate will get an answer in the Palatine-area this weekend as the Palatine Jaycees will hold a contest at a local eatery. The contest, from noon to 3 p.m. at Durty Nellie's Bar and Grill, 120 N. Smith St. in Palatine will include pizzas from numerous restaurants in the area. A winner will be determined by votes from those who attend the contest.
Artistic Cuisine, Magico, Papa Sevario’s, Pedro’s and Toni Rome’s are a few of the restaurants that will donate pizza for the event. Admission proceeds will benefit the Palatine Jaycees. READ MORE: Palatine Pizza Showdown
The Chicago Bears game against the Carolina Panthers will be shown on the televisions at Durty Nellie's during the event.

“Come on in, sample pizza, and watch the Bears game,” said Greg Cima, co-chair of the event. “There will also be a 50/50 raffle and silent auction with great items to win.”
Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children age 6-12 and free for those five and under.
