Palatine Police Blotter: DUI, Drug Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Palatine police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

May 26
Brian J. Frankenthor, 39, of Palatine, was charged with DUI after a traffic stop at 2:40 a.m. near the intersection of E. Dundee Road and N. Baldwin Road.

Patrick M. Dellegrazie, 43, of Palatine, was charged with felony aggravated DUI and aggravated driving while license revoked. Dellegrazie was pulled over at 1:30 a.m. near Route 14 and Hicks Place and refused a breathalyzer. Dellegrazie was charged with felony DUI because it was his fourth DUI arrest.

Stuart J. Luthe, 23, of Auburn, Indiana, was charged with DUI after officers responded to a traffic crash at 12:14 a.m. in the 1200 block of N. Rand Road.
June 4
Joshua A. Gontner, 21, of Palatine, was charged with possession of cannabis after officers responded to a call at 6 a.m. that someone was sleeping in the parkway in the 600 block of Lincoln Street.
June 4
David D. Graf, 29, of Palatine, was charged with DUI after officers were called to a parking lot at 3:09 a.m. in the 700 block of E. Constitution Drive. Police were responding to a report that a vehicle had struck several parked cars.
June 5
Kenneth M. Park, 27, of Lake in the Hills, was charged with possession of cannabis. Officers made contact with the vehicle Park's was in at the Speedway gas station, 1288 N. Rand Rd. Officers searched the vehicle and said they found 9 grams of marijuana.
June 6
James R. Noda, 22, Hawthorn Woods, was charged with possession of cannabis. Noda was charged after police spoke with him at 1:52 a.m. in the parking lof of Motel 6, 1450 E. Dundee Rd. Officers searched his vehicle and said they found marijuana.
