Palatine Police Say 'No Known Threat' Despite Increased Activity
Law enforcement is conducting an ongoing investigation Thursday morning, but stressed there is no safety concerns for the public.
PALATINE, IL — Despite increased police activity in the area of Panorama Drive and Quentin Road Thursday morning, the Palatine Police Department is reassuring the public there is "no known threat" to residents and "no ongoing" safety concerns.
Police said there was an increased presence in the area due to an ongoing investigation. Only local law enforcement resources were involved, according to a news release sent to Patch from Palatine police.
