'Pay it Forward' and Support Women and Children in Crisis This Friday at Lamplighters
Nonprofit C.A.T.I..F. [Celebrating All That Is Feminine] will host a fundraiser for victims of sex trafficking and battered women, children.

On June 23, 2017, Palatine-based nonprofit C.A.T.I.F. [Celebrating All That Is Feminine] will host a fundraiser at Lamplighter Inn Tavern and Grill to benefit Selah Freedom, a nonprofit organization that provides aftercare for victims of sex trafficking, and Alpha Chi Omega, an organization that provides support services for battered women and their children.
C.A.T.I.F. raises funds each year for different nonprofit organizations whose missions mirrors that of its own: to encourage and empower women and children in the greater Chicagoland area who are experiencing crisis. So far, the organization - which is made up of a group of professional women from the northwest suburbs - has raised more than $125,000 since 2009, providing financial support for organizations such as WINGS --Women in Need Growing Stronger, The Society for the Preservation of Human Dignity (PHD), the Kappa Kappa Gamma Girls' Academy (serves at-risk girls), Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (benefiting female veterans), ARTS Refreshing the Soul and dozens of others.
Tickets include appetizers and an open bar from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and are $50 per person until Wednesday, June 21, and $60 on Thursday, June 22 and at the door on the night of the event.

The event will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 upstairs at Lamplighter Inn Tavern and Grill, 60 N. Bothwell Street in downtown Palatine from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 pm.
