Please join us for a Free Pink Yoga class! A heart opening yoga class for all levels❤️. Creating space in your body as we create opportunity for others. Focusing on tight shoulders, backs and hips. All are welcome in joining this "paying it forward" class. Bring a pair of gently worn yoga pants and that will be donated to the Cancer Federation in part to help support breast cancer. With donation you will receive a small token of our thanks! Free Class! Bring a Mat! All levels welcome!
