Relax with Yin Yoga at JAI Yoga Studio
Yin Yoga helps melt stress away while restoring and maintaining mobility in the joints.

Yin Yoga is a calm and relaxing practice helping restore and maintain the natural mobility of joints while energetically opening the body’s meridian system supporting emotional equilibrium. Floor postures are held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive ‘stress’ on the deep connective tissue while focusing on stillness and silence. Yoga helps melt stress away while fostering beginning meditation. Yin can also help you release emotions that are seated deep within the body. Yin is the perfect way to relax, pamper and heal the body and soul.
We offer several Yin classes during the week if you are curious about this practice. Warm Yin is offered on Mondays at 8PM and Fridays at 7:45PM. and Candlelight Yin/Restorative is offered on Thursdays at 7:30PM.
