Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Open House Held at Monica’s European Deli in Palatine

Palatine Mayor Jim Schwantz joined Monica’s European Deli owners Sabina Wypych (cutting the ribbon) and Darek Kozlowski, along with Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce staff and members for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at the business, located at 309 E. Northwest Highway in Palatine.

Husband and wife team, Darek Kozlowski and Sabina Wypych, prepare homemade Polish delicacies daily, which include pierogi, cabbage rolls, potato pancakes, blintzes and more.
