Rock Thrown At Home On Wilson Street: Cops
Retail theft arrests were made at both the Walmart and Target stores in Palatine.

Retail Theft
Renata Nelson, 66, of the 1400 block of N. Smith St. was arrested and charged with retail theft at Walmart, 1555 N. Rand Road. A loss prevention agent observed Nelson pay for several items, but not for others she had concealed in her purse. Nelson passed the last point of sale without payment of $116.04
worth of miscellaneous clothing, cosmetics, and personal hygiene items.

Nicole Williams, 26, Woodstock was arrested and charged with retail theft at Target, 679 E. Dundee Road. A loss prevention agent observed Williams pass the last point of sale without payment of a speaker and various clothing items (total value $287.98).
Criminal Damage to Property

On Nov. 19 between 1:20 a.m. and 1:28 a.m. in the 300 block of W. Wilson St., an unknown offender shattered a window in the residence with a rock. The value of the damage is unknown.
DUI
Ellen R. Daniel, 37, Streamwood, was arrested on Nov. 19 at 1:39 a.m. in the 1200 E. Block of Dundee Rd. Charges included DUI, BAC over .08, no proof of insurance, speeding and improper lane usage.
