Outside of work, Roger spent many hours cruising Castle Rock Lake looking for the big catch with his two sons.  Sundays were always reserved for dinners where he was able to gather the entire family and prepare some of his favorite meals.  These Sunday dinners ensured that Roger was able to share with his family the values that he felt were most important in life.
