Schaumburg Police Looking For Missing Man

The 58-year-old Schaumburg man was reported missing on Wednesday.

SCHAUMBURG, IL — The Schaumburg Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man who was reported missing on Thursday. James C. Straley, 58, was last seen on Jan. 13 when he rang a doorbell at a nearby neighbor's home and attempted to speak to the resident, according to a news release from the Schaumburg Police Department.

Family members are concerned for his well-being, police said. Straley has a medical condition, which requires him to take prescription medicine, and it is believed he does not have his needed medications with him, according to the news release.

Straley is described as being 5 feet, 10 inches and 180 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. He has been known to frequent churches and has a strong religious affiliation. He was last seen driving a dark gray Chevy Malibu with a license plate number of PJH628, which is pictured below.
