Facilitator: Sarah Karnes, a mid-life coach and creator of the Your Self as Your Friend series, is offering this workshop to help bring more peace, joy and aliveness to the new year shift. "The change from one year to the next can bring up both hope for starting fresh, as well as grieving around a loss or unfulfilled goals. Showing up for your New Year will lead participants through a compassionate year-end 'review' and then guide them in creating an inspired map for realizing their ideals in the new year."
