Teen / Adult Male & Female Home Intruder Seminar
Learn practical, simple and effective self defense techniques, along with valuable information, in the case of a home intruder situation.
This invaluable seminar is for males and females, teen and adults, and will help educate and empower you if you find yourself the victim of a home intruder. You will learn:
- Tips for making your home safer
- Having a plan in case of a break in
- Basic self defense concepts and brief overview of the law of sel f defense
- Simple and effective strikes to key targets
- Practical defenses against club, knife and gun
- How to use improvised weapons to defend yourself
This seminar is being taught at J.P. Wood Martial Arts which is conveniently located at 249 E. Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL (in shopping plaza with Ace Hardware), and is being taught by Peter Honigmann of bestdefenseconcepts.com. Preregistration is required, and the seminar is open to males and females ages 14 and older. No experience needed. Participants should dress in casual exercise clothes. Cost of the seminar is $15.00.
