TMR Academy: Explore the World of Music at The Music Room

TMR Academy was founded in 2015, and offers members of the general public the opportunity to experience the world of music. Among the one-time class offerings are singing, guitar, ukulele, brass, strings and even maintenance techniques for the instrument you might already own.

“We began offering TMR Academy this year to give people the chance to attend a single class, to determine if music education is something they want to pursue,” said Carol Cook, The Music Room founder.

Classes and workshops are priced individually depending on the subject and length.

Enrollment in private weekly lessons at The Music Room includes free admission to most TMR Academy events, which serve the needs of students of all ages and experience levels for a number of different instruments.
