Fast food restaurants – they’re all around us. Many of us are guilty of stopping there once or twice for a quick meal or just because we’re feeling too lazy to cook. But one time leads to two, and two leads to three, and before you know it, whenever you’re feeling lazy, you head to the nearest fast food chain and order away.

According to a 2013 Gallup poll, 8 in 10 Americans admit to eating at fast-food restaurants monthly, while almost half report weekly visits. The thing about fast food is that although it’s easy and quick, it’s extremely easy and quick to latch on to our belly or thighs, whatever the problem area may be.
