Will You Shop at Palatine's New Aldi Grocery Store?

PALATINE, IL—Palatine residents could be shopping at a new Aldi in Deer Grove Crossing Shopping Center as soon as August.

The village unanimously approved Monday the discount grocery chain's proposed 20,000-square-foot location at 761 E. Dundee Road, the Daily Herald reports. Work is set to begin as soon as next week, and the store should be open by the end of August.

The addition of Aldi means the Deer Grove Shopping Center will have all its major storefronts filled.
