Woman Sues Palatine Bar After Falling on Dance Floor

A woman has filed a lawsuit against a Palatine bar that she says allowed liquid to accumulate on the dance floor, which caused her to trip and fall, according to the Cook County Record.

Laura Bennett is suing D Nellies Properties, which owns Durty Nellies West Irish Pub in Palatine, following her fall at the bar on Nov. 23, 2013, according to the article.
