The Hawks bring 11 student-athletes to the meet and look to improve upon last year’s 10th place finish as a team. They will be led by freshman Leah Kloss (/Grayslake Central), who is ranked No. 1 in both the 100m and hammer throw and No. 2 in the 200m. Kloss will also be busy in the relays, 400m, long jump, and javelin.

At the middle distances, Stephanie Chaires (Palatine, Ill./Christian Liberty) will compete in the 800m and 1500m, and Itzel Sotelo (Palatine, Ill./Palatine) will run in the 1500m. Lori Delfin (Wheeling, Ill./Wheeling) will handle distance, as she will run in both the 5k and 10k.
Samantha Soriano (/Hoffman Estates) will run in the 200m as well as the relays for Harper. Taylor LoCoco (/Prairie Ridge) and Danielle Reptowski (/Schaumburg) will be key members of the shorter distance relay teams as well while Silvia Catalan (Palatine, Ill./Palatine) and Cynthia Siddiqui (/Palatine) will help in the longer relays.
