Zumba Pool Party in Palatine to benefit MDA

Ditch the workout and join the party at Palatine Park District’s Zumba Pool Party on Wednesday, August 3rd. This exciting fitness event will be held from 8:00pm to 10:00pm at Birchwood Pool, 435 W. Illinois Avenue, Palatine IL 60067.

Our certified Zumba instructors will lead the evening’s fitness classes. A Zumba fitness class will be held on land from 8:00pm to 8:40pm on the pool deck leading into Aqua Zumba from 9:00pm to 9:40pm. The first class will be followed by a refreshment break sponsored by Jewel-Osco on Plum Grove Road in Palatine, along with a limbo contest, glow items and raffle prizes.

The Zumba Pool Party is open to those 14 and older who pre-register for the event. The fee is $10 for residents/person and $13 for non-residents/person. Long-sleeved glow-in-the-dark shirts from last year will be for sale at the event for $5; shirt quantities are limited. Registration can be completed online at www.palatineparks.org using program code 322160-16 or in person at Birchwood, Community Center, or Falcon Park Recreation Center.
