1 Shot in Palos Hills, Police Believe Shooting Was Targeted

PALOS HILLS, IL — Palos Hills police are tight-lipped about a shooting that happened Wednesday evening near 107th Street and Roberts Road.

Around 7:40 p.m. May 4, officers went to the 10700 block of Roberts Road for a reported shooting. Officers, along with the North Palos Fire Protection District, found a person with a gunshot wound and was taken to an area hospital.

The shooting is believed to be targeted and there is no known threat to the community. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call 708-598-2151. This is an ongoing investigation.
