Ridgeland Reopens After 2-Car Crash In Palos Heights
Motorists are being asked to avoid Ridgeland Avenue in Palos Heights as police investigate a serious accident.
PALOS HEIGHTS, IL -- Palos Heights police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that happened around 3:30 p.m. Friday. Ridgeland Avenue will be closed indefinitely for the next several hours as police remain on the scene.
Ridgeland is closed in both directions between Route 83 and 115th Street. People in both vehicles have been taken to nearby hospitals where they are being treated for injuries. Motorists are being asked to avoid the area.
