3 Shepard High School Speech Team Members Bound For IHSA Sectionals

PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — Three members of Alan B. Shepard High School are on their way to the IHSA speech sectionals after placing in the regionals.

Molly Rohloff will represent Shepard in impromptu speaking, Elizabeth Duffy Donovan in original comedy, and Kristen Barrett in humorous interpretation.

Shepard’s dramatic duet acting team of Keira Bruton and Kristen Barrett earned a first and second place ranking in the preliminary rounds but placed fifth overall, just missing sectional qualification.

The sectional tournament is this Saturday, Feb. 14, at Thornton Township High School.
