PALOS HILLS, IL—Vehicles parked in community lots were tampered with in two separate incidents, Palos Hills police reports said.
The first incident happened May 22 in the 9000 block of Hill Terrace. A resident parked their 2022 Dodge Durango in the community lot. When they returned, the vehicle was no longer there.
Police said there were no signs of broken glass in the immediate vicinity.
A few days later, on May 24, a resident said they parked their car in the community lot in the 10200 block of 84th Terrace. When the residents returned, they discovered the tires on their vehicle had been slashed.
