Bullets Spray Mobile Phone Store Following Argument

PALOS HILLS, IL — Bullets sprayed a mobile phone store Saturday afternoon in Palos Hills during an argument, police said.

Around 3:55 p.m., a man entered Elite Mobile, 7233 W 103rd St. While inside the store, the man got into an argument with an old acquaintance. He then left the store and met up with a group in the parking lot, police said. Palos Hills police said the multiple shots were fired at the acquaintance while he was still inside the store.

The group fled the parking lot, heading south on Harlem Avenue in their vehicles. No customers were inside the store and no injuries were reported. Police believe this to be an isolated incident.
