Burbank Man Caught Masturbating At Southwick Shopping Plaza: Cops

PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — A Burbank man was arrested after he was observed masturbating in a parked vehicle at a shopping plaza, Palos Heights police said. Justas Romonas, 34, was charged with misdemeanor public indecency.

On Sunday morning, Palos Heights police took a delayed public indecency report that happened the day before in the Southwick Shopping Plaza, at 119th Street and Harlem Avenue. Witnesses in the plaza observed a man, later identified as Romonas, masturbating in his vehicle, police said.

Police were able to contact Romonas and interview him. Romonas allegedly admitted to the act. He was arrested and charged with public indecency, police said. Romonas was released on bond and is to appear in court April 20 in Bridgeview.
