Business Owner Loses $22,000 In Loan Scam
The business owner sent $22,000 to a man who said he represented a New Jersey company, only to find out the man didn't work there.

PALOS HILLS, IL -- A Palos Hills business owner was conned out of thousands of dollars in a loan consolidation scam, reports said.
The business owner was contacted by person who claimed to be a representative a New Jersey company about consolidating a loan. Police said the business owner sent $22,000, only to learn that the person setting up for the loan did not work for the company.
