Public Notice (required by Illinois State Board of Education) in accordance with the requirements of Section 612(a) (10) of the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Improvement Act of 2004 ("IDEA 2004"), the Palos Heights School District 128 will conduct a Timely and Meaningful Consultation on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 12:00 pm at Indian Hill School, 12800 S. Austin Ave. Palos Heights. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss how students with disabilities who attend private schools or are homeschooled within the district boundaries, will be served by District 128 during the 2026-2027 school year.
