Camp Palos Hills Offers Kids Winter Break Fun
Need some help with childcare over the holidays? The Palos Hills Recreation Department is offering a winter break camp.

PALOS HILLS, IL -- If you need to shore up childcare over the holidays, the Palos Hills Recreation Department is offering a winter break camp. Camp Palos Hills offers supervised activities for kids by college-age counselors at the community center, 8455 W. 103rd St. The camp is geared to children ages 6 through 13
The camp will be split into two sessions and meets from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 26 through Dec. 28, and Jan. 2 to Jan. 4. There will be no camp on Dec. 24, Dec. 25, Dec. 31 and Jan. 1, when the community center is closed.
Kids should bring a sack lunch and come prepared for fun, including crafts, cooking, board games, gym time and other activities. The cost per each session is $60 for residents, $70 for non-residents.

Extended care is available for each session, including additional fees of $20 for residents and $30 for non-residents from 7:30 to 9 a.m. for before-camp care; and $30 for residents and $40 for non-residents from 4 to 6 p.m.
