Cook County Cmsr. Donna Miller Hosts Swallow Cliff Heart Challenge
Cook County Commissioner Donna Miller will host a morning of heart healthy activities June 7, at Swallow Cliff Pavilion in Palos Park.

PALOS PARK, IL — In honor of CPR Awareness Week, Cook County Commissioner Donna Miller (6th District) invites Cook County residents to a morning of heart-health related activities Tuesday, June 7 at Swallow Cliff Pavilion, IL Route 83 and U.S. 45, Palos Park.
To support and encourage citizens of Cook County to take control of their Heart Health and further efforts to raise awareness of the importance of CPR training, there will be a stair-climbing challenge starting at 9:30am, followed by a hula-hoop challenge. Participants will have the opportunity to learn hands-free CPR techniques to ensure they’re equipped with the tools they need to help someone in need.
