Dolores C. Gorski (nee Koron), of Palos Heights died unexpectedly on February 5, 2023 at the age of 88 years.
Dolores was the loving daughter of the late Emily (Zdanke) and Joseph Koron. Dolores was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert W. Gorski and her precious son, William Gorski.
Dolores was the cherished mother of Mary Beth (Frank) Mallet, Brian (Sita), Susan (Michael) Dalaly, and David (Sheryl). She was the amazing grandmother of Daniel Dalaly, Anthony (Nichole) Dalaly, Emily (David) Czajkowski, Andrew (Samantha) Mallet, Lucas (Kary) Mallet, William Dalaly, Surya Gorski, and Gabriella Gorski. Dolores was the delightful great-grandmother (Gigi) of Sadie and Sophie Dalaly, and Aubree and Lucas Mallet.

Dolores was the dear sister of the late George (Jeannette) Koron, the late Robert Koron, Ronald (Vicki) Koron, and Joseph (Annie) Koron. She was the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Dolores worked for many years at Holy Cross Hospital in Chicago and faithfully served as a Eucharistic Minister and in the prayer shawl, Baptism bib and prayer ministries at St. Alexander Parish in Palos Heights.

Dolores was passionate about her Catholic faith, family, and friends and expressed her love through her masterful cooking, sewing, crafting and gardening. She knew that her gifts and talents came from God and her devotion to Jesus and our Blessed Mother gave her the strength to devote 150% to everything she did until her last hours. She will always be with us, just look for the glitter!
Visitation Saturday, February 10th from 10 am until time of chapel prayers, 11 am at the KERRY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CARE CENTER, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights proceeding to Saint Alexander Church, Mass 11:30 am
