PALOS HILLS, IL — Cook County Commissioner Donna Miller (6th District) will host a community town hall about the importance of getting your updated COVID-19 shot Wednesday, Nov. 8 at Moraine Valley Community College, 9000 W. College Parkway, Palos Hills.

The community town hall runs from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Building Conference Center in Building M. A COVID-19 vaccine clinic will also be held in the same location concurrently with the town hall from 1 to 3 p.m.

Joining Commissioner Miller will be Congressman Sean Casten (IL-06) and Dr. Lamar Hasbrouck, of the Cook County Department of Public Health. “Let’s Talk About Getting Vaccinated” will be a fireside chat-style conversation with updated information on vaccinations and staying healthy. The county continues to see COVID-19 surges this year, and are now heading into cold and flu season.
