Enjoy A Cup Of Joe With Palos Park Police At 'Coffee With A Cop'

PALOS PARK, IL -- The Palos Park Police Department will host its monthly “Coffee With A Cop” rap session at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 19. Drop by for a cup of coffee with the cops at the Plush Horse, 12301 S. 86th Ave., Palos Park.

Residents are invited to stop by the Plush Horse, have a cup of coffee and talk, even if it’s just about the weather.

“We work for the public and want to build on that level of trust that we hope is formed by connecting, one cop and one cup at a time,” Commissioner Dan Polk said. “W are always happy to meet with the people he serves, by engaging with the community tomake sure we’re open, and we listen and take feedback to heart.”
