The Palos Park Public Library welcomes chef and restaurant critic Andrew Comens for a grilling and barbeque demonstration on Tuesday, July 19th at 7:00 pm. Comens will share various grilling techniques and show which ingredients to use to add a new flare to your cooking. Seating is limited. Call early to register for this program at (708) 448-1530.
