The Robert F. DeCaprio Art Gallery is open 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and during most performances.
There is a reception on Thursday, Jan. 27, from 2-4 p.m.
Using iconography from Mexico, Plascencia's work blends traditional native rituals with Roman Catholicism. Mystic, ritualistic and historic references are woven through the photo-based works that form part of his fictional, staged environments.
