Meet Steve Darnall, host of “Those Were the Days” WDCB-FM/Glen Ellyn and publisher of “Nostalgia Digest Magazine” both of which chronicle and celebrate the “Golden Age” of Radio. He will discuss some of the big names and shows that emerged from that era, and discuss how radio affected the lives of all Americans and transformed a nation into a listening community. Steve will have some sound clips of both famous and some that are less famous but fascinating - radio personalities.
